This wine from the Península de Setúbal region, was produced by Sociedade Agricola da Herdade do Alto do Pina, SA in 2020.

Grapes picked during the first week of September, fermented at a controlled temperature of 16° in stainless steel vat.

Made from Castelão red-pressed grapes, which were previously known as Periquita, this rare amber-colored rosé is characterized by its high acidity and flavors of strawberry and gooseberry.

It is clean, fruit-forward, and well-structured, making it certain to attract attention during the summer. The lowest percentage of Sulphites for this terroir, vital in preventing oxidation, whilst ensuring great flavour and stability in our wine.
