Crafting Process:

  • Made using the pétillant naturel method, bottling wine still fermenting to trap carbon dioxide gas in the bottle. 
  • Made with Siria grapes, carefully pressed to obtain clear fruit juice.
  • Spontaneous fermentation begins in stainless steel vats and ends in the bottle.
