Vinho Verde produced in the famed Vinho Verde region by A&D Wines, a family owned company focused on producing organic quality wines.
 
Composed by estate owned Avesso and Arinto, two autochthonous varieties in the region the grapes are pressed after selection and ferment with controlled temperature.

The blend is then defined bringing together different stainless steel vats with the goal of producing a fruit-forward and fresh wine with enough body and complexity to be enjoyed at the table.

On the aroma it shows notes of white and stone fruit, slightly tropical. On the palate it is medium bodied, with good acidity coming along with minerality and fruity notes.

Crafting Process

• Made with Avesso and Arinto grapes, carefully selected in the selection table
• Grapes are destemmed and gently pressed into stainless steel vats
• Spontaneous fermentation then occurs at controlled low temperatures, before light filtration and bottling
