Born in Baião, a subregion of Vinho Verde, this organic rosé is crafted by Quinta de Santa Teresa, a family-owned estate dedicated to organic wine making.
It blends Touriga Nacional — Portugal’s signature rosé grape — with a touch of Vinhão, creating a wine of elegance and vibrancy. Only the first, lighter juice is used, giving a pale, dry style with refined color and balanced structure.
On the nose, floral notes of lavender mix with fresh red berries; the palate is crisp and expressive, with lively acidity, red berry flavors, hints of blackcurrant, and a subtle citrus edge.
Versatile and refreshing, it is perfect to enjoy on its own or paired at the table.
